  • Estimated delivery time within the UAE is 2–5 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Any applicable delivery charges are non-refundable


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within the UAE

  • Customers must ensure availability to receive the order at the provided delivery address


6. Failed or Delayed Delivery

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply

  • Arabian Mall is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control
