At Arabian Mall, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons unless they are defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products showing signs of wear or alteration

  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

  • Any item returned after the allowed return period


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 15–20 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
